At Loy Nightlife, the safety of our users is our highest priority. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Zero Tolerance

Loy Nightlife strictly prohibits:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

• Grooming or exploitation of minors

• Sexual content involving minors

• Any content or behavior that promotes, facilitates, or depicts child sexual abuse or exploitation

Any account violating these rules will be permanently removed.

Age Requirement

Loy Nightlife is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.

Users who are found to be under 18 will have their accounts permanently removed.

Reporting

Users can report profiles, messages, photos, or other inappropriate behavior directly through the app.

All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

When violations are confirmed, Loy Nightlife may remove content, suspend or permanently ban users, and report illegal content to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
